The Golden Age of Racing

Contemporary street artist RK1 hurls us back to the late'60s, early '70s, where Freudian sexuality and the male psyche crash head-on with 240+ mile-per-hour art on wheels. The wave of social and political upheaval of this bygone era was about to crest much like today, meanwhile the feminine lines of these "death machines" have yet to be userped. This collection represents a political sabbatical for the artist via shifting focus towards health, leaving his recent battles with cancer "in the dust", and reconnecting with this boyhood passion still shared with his father.
